Licensing Agreement

License Grant

When you purchase a Growability® product, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal or internal business use. Ownership of all Growability® content remains with Growability®.

Permitted Use

You may:

  • Access and use the materials you have purchased.
  • Download and print materials for your own personal or internal business use.
  • Reference your Career Sweet Spot Assessment and Mini Planner in your personal or professional development.

Restrictions

Unless you have received prior written permission from Growability®, you may not:

  • Share, distribute, or give copies of Growability® materials to others.
  • Sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise redistribute any Growability® content.
  • Upload Growability® materials to public websites, shared drives, or file-sharing services.
  • Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works for resale or commercial use.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Use Growability® materials to create or market competing products or services.

Career Sweet Spot Assessment

Your Career Sweet Spot Assessment is personalized for you and is licensed for your individual use only. It may not be copied, redistributed, or used as part of another coaching, consulting, or educational program without written permission from Growability®.

Mini Planner Subscription

Your Mini Planner subscription provides access to planner materials for a single subscriber. Planner files may be printed for your personal use but may not be shared, copied, redistributed, or resold in digital or printed form.

Intellectual Property

All Growability® content, including assessments, reports, worksheets, planners, templates, frameworks, graphics, videos, text, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted under this agreement are reserved by Growability®.

Termination

Growability® reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to licensed materials if this agreement is violated. Upon termination, your license to use Growability® materials immediately ends.
